Rock Cottage is located in historic Soldier's Bay on the north coast of Antigua and is the Blue Waters Hotel's newest development. A spectacular property, it is nestled in the farthest corner of the bay and perched on a rocky outcrop and enjoys ocean views.

Recently refurbished to the highest standards, the Blue Waters Hotel is one of Antigua's longest established resorts. It is situated on 14 acres of lush gardens bordering the Caribbean Sea. Rock Cottage is just a two minute walk from the main hotel.

Luxuriously appointed, the bedrooms all offer en-suite bathrooms and outstanding ocean views.

The main level offers the main living areas and one bedroom (king sized bed). The spacious open plan living/dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces on all sides and there is an outdoor dining area as well.

On the upper level, there is a king sized bedroom equipped with cable TV, fridge and air-conditioning. This room opens to a terrace with ocean views.

In a separate wing, there are two additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air-conditioning and each has its own private balcony with sea views, TV, direct dial phone, hair-dryers, min bar and coffee making facilities. A smaller queen sized bedroom with en-suite bath is located in this wing as well.

The Rock Cottage has its own private plunge pool and Jacuzzi as well. Nearby, guests may enjoy a secluded white sand beach.

Guests of Rock Cottage may enjoy all of the facilities available within the Blue Waters Resort, including non-motorized water sports, tennis, three bars, three swimming pools and full use of the Palm al Fresco and Vyviens restaurants. Additionally, a 24 foot power boat with skipper is available for additional fees (and requires 48 hours notice).

The villa will, also, accept up to three children less than 11 years, in rollaway beds, at no extra charge if the full 9 person rate is booked.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests with a maximum of 9 adults and three children. The children (under 11 years) may be accommodated in rollaway beds as no extra charge if the full 9 person rate is booked.
